One More Reason to Dislike Amway

They hired John Tesh. Note: They already have Pat Boone on board.

"P&G Satanic Rumors Case Settles After Marathon Battle"

We learned our most valuable lesson ever from a 3-month foray into the world of Amway. It cost us $25,000 (which we are still in the process of paying off) but I don't think we would "fall for" a Madoff scheme. We have adopted a new rule: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.... Thanks, Judge Judy! But in this economy, we want to warn others tempted to try this: Don't regard lying vanities (Psalm 31); don't believe flattering lips that tell lies (read Proverbs). This is nothing but a glorified (or UNglorified) pyramid scheme that can only lead to YOU getting ripped off! Thanks for the forum!

Ha, Too bad. I like John Tesh in an ironic way. Did you ever see the jam he did on Conan Obrien with the Zappa boys? Awesome.

I appreciate all the wonderful comments that you all have made, unfortunatly for you all, I am apart of Amway Global and I am making More than my share of funds through there business plan! If you ever decide to try something other than working a job for the next 50 yrs which is never gaurenteed be my guest but LTD is the company that works with amway and is the most profitable and makes up 75% of there business! Give it a try and dont give up and lets see how successful you become! :)

Maybe the reason Anonymous is afraid to work a real job for the next 50 years is because he/she never got a degree. This was most likely due to their lack of the ability to spell. I just discovered this new craze!!! It's called Speak and Spell!!! Give IT a try and don't give up and lets see how successful YOU become!!!

WOW I just went to one of those meetings last night with my husband. I was not hearing it. My in-laws are all in it now. It's just not for me. I guess as the guy put it I'm a "LOSER". (I guess I'd rather be a "LOSER" now not having lost any money, than forking out thousands of dollars and losing that!)My mother-in-law and father-in-law have invested thousands of dollars in just under 2 months and have made about $60 profit. They are trying to chase this "DIAMOND" dream. I guess what really blew me off last night was when the guy said, "A college education is not important anymore!" WTF?? "You can make $650,000 by the end of the year just showing this plan to 2 people a week." My daughter who is in High School was sitting with us and looked at her dad and me like is this guy CRAZY? People are really buying into this guy! I will just support my in-laws by maybe buying a few products from them. They want us to go to some seminar this week. Love them to death but, NOT GONNA HAPPEN! LOL!

To mamaof3. I don't know who is more stupid, if the guy showing the plan or your parents for getting in business with him. I have been in the business for 3 years and I don't think I've spent thousands all together just yet. Yet I make about 1000 bucks a month and put about 5 - 10 hours a week in it.

The business has a great model to create income, but like any business requires some capital and time and effort. I just don't get why people don't understand that. Just like you put 40.000 into an education that does not guarantee a job, this does not guarantee a certain income either. It depends on both cases what you do with it.

Thanks.
